The gripping romance of Inexorable makes visible the ‘spell’ of one English-born man in love with one Croatian-born woman who was the light in his life.  When they unexpectedly met and fell in love with each other in Canada, Boženka was 40 years old and Brian was 57.  The unthinkable happened and destiny itself licked its chops, knowing that for 30 years it would feast from Brian and Boženka’s harmoniously united mind and heart (well, most of the time), their unsinkable love dinghy upon the roiling sea of life and death.
